The management company or property manager:
- Fails to distribute the Annual Disclosure Packet in a timely manner
- Is inconsistent in distribution of monthly financial reports
- Frequently provides inaccurate financial reports
- Authorizes work without Board approval
- Signs contracts on behalf of the Board
- Is not transparent in financial reporting
- Delays in follow-up on homeowner inquiries or Board maintenance requests
- Does not acknowledge emails or phone calls.
